After 7 years touring the globe, 3 self financed EP's and several compilation inclusions (inc. 2 separate Vans Warped compilations released by Side One Dummy) Middle Finger Salute took a step back from their touring schedule to hit the studio and finally record their debut album 'Old Friends, New Bruises' which is released on 12th November 2012 on Circuit Scene Records.

The last few years has seen the UK pop punk band tour the US on the Vans Warped Tour twice (2009 & 2010), play SXSW, headline their own show in Los Angeles & tour the UK & Europe countless times, including shows at Liverpool Sound City, Rebellion Festival, In The City Festival, The Wickerman Festival playing shows with the likes of Make Do & Mend, Against Me, The Riverboat Gamblers, Rancid, Set Your Goals, Cancer Bats & The Blackout (amongst many others) in the process.
